Kucinich Out [Greg Pollowitz]
The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled that MSNBC can exclude Dennis Kucinich from tonight's debate.
I assume this ruling has more to do with Kucinich's desire to expose the giant government cover-up of Nevada's Area 51 than it has to do with actual Nevada laws, but that's just me.
