WaPo: Warming Evangelist Gore May Be "America's Coolest Ex-VP"   [Stephen Spruiell]

UPDATE: Cool Facts About Gore's Mansion!

Yesterday, the Washington Post ran a front-page story about Al Gore bearing the following headline:

Al Gore, Rock Star
Oscar Hopeful May Be America's Coolest Ex-Vice President Ever

America's coolest ex-vice president? Isn't that a bit like calling John Travolta America's least crazy scientologist?

Speaking of which, how do you know when an idea's time has truly come? Why, when it's been embraced by the brain trust of our Hollywood celebrity class, that's how. Kudos to the Washington Post for getting this and thus giving Gore's global-warming evangelism the attention it deserves. (h/t Noel Sheppard)

UPDATE: Gore's mansion requires "more electricity every month than the average American household uses in an entire year." Cool!
