I can imagine few things more fitting than, on a day when Sen. Inhofe is holding a hearing on the media's role in hyping global warming alarmism, Matt Lauer telling Al Gore, "If you were to run for president, you could take [the global warming] issue to the next level, even if just during a campaign. And if you were fortunate enough to win the presidency... you could be in a position to save the planet!"
