Murdoch to Acquire Dow Jones [Stephen Spruiell]
There have been a lot of false alarms throughout this ongoing drama, but this looks like the real deal. The New York Times is reporting that News Corp. chief Rupert Murdoch has won over enough members of the Bancroft family to succeed in his bid to acquire Dow Jones, and CNBC reports that the sale might go through as early as tonight.
